Stages of installation of plastic windows:

1. GAUGING OF THE WINDOW APERTURE.
Your personal manager of gauging will arrive on object and will make gauging of window apertures. You can discuss an installation time of windows convenient for you with him. Besides, the personal manager of gauging will consult you concerning an individual lay-out and will explain all details of the contract. All it is absolutely free!

2. PREPARATION FOR INSTALLATION
Perhaps, a unique stage, in which your help is required to make installation as fast as possible. Be prepared for assembly team arrival:
·  Empty the area near to the window for assemblers not to be disturbed: remove curtains and furniture, clear a window sill of extraneous things.
· Provide access to the electricity.
· Cover furniture, a floor and home appliances to preserve it from dust.
Certainly, all operations listed above, our masters can do. But if you do it beforehand, a lot of time will be saved.

3. DISMANTLE OF THE OLD WINDOW
Probably, you wish to keep your old window. ALP Company provides such a service - «Dismantle with frame preservation». Dismantle of an old window will not take much time: 20 - 40 minutes and your window aperture is already vacant. Masters will remove old shutters, will clean a window sill and outflow, and then will release an old frame from fixture and dismantle it. A window aperture will be cleared of old sealant and dust.

4. INSTALLATION OF THE NEW FRAME
At first it is necessary to prepare a plastic window for installation: shutters are being removed and get a double-glazed window (in the presence of deadlight sections). As a result, assemblers will have one easy plastic frame in hands, it will be easy for exposing on level and to fix in an aperture. Masters will attach anchor plates to the frames and establish it in an aperture.

5. FRAME EXHIBITING ON LEVEL
This stage needs special attention: it is one of the most important in all process. The window frame should be ideally exposed on level in an aperture, and in this case you will not encounter any problem during window exploitation. The matter is that after double-glazed window installation, the window weight as a whole will increase considerably, add to it wind strength. It is the extremely important, that this weight is in regular intervals distributed on elements of a window box and transferred on bearing construction. For this purpose the frame should be necessarily aligned with use of level. Otherwise non-corresponding loading will put accessories out of action. Negative consequences can be various: from sagging of loops to displacement and double-glazed window depressurization. Conclusion: - choose window company more attentively and trust this choice to professionals.

6. FASTENING ON ANCHOR PLATES
After alignment on the frame level the stage of its fastening in an aperture begins. For this purpose anchor plates are used. It is regulated that the distance between anchor plates on window perimetre should be no more than 70 sm. Accordingly, the window size is directly proportional to quantity of necessary anchor plates. All is very simple to calculate.

7. OUTFLOW INSTALLATION
Before outflow installation partial consolidation of an assembly seam outside by means of assembly foam is made (detailed use of assembly foam and consolidation of seams follows). After that outflow is installed and fastened to the frame.

8. INSTALLATION OF DOUBLE-GLAZED WINDOWS AND SHUTTERS
In deadlight sections of a window we establish the double-glazed windows, ready shutters fasten to loops and your window aperture is almost closed, it is just necessary to fill assembly seams with foam.

9. CONSOLIDATION OF ASSEMBLY SEAMS AND WINDOW SILL INSTALLATION
Between a window construction and wall the assembly seams will be filled outside and inside by high-quality assembly foam for maintenance of tightness and thermal protection increasement. It is necessary to use assembly foam of the first-rate quality, or because of difference of temperatures and humidity seams will collapse and cracks may appear. It will lead to fall of noise isolation and window thermal protection level.
In our case foams of the best manufacturers will be used (Soudal, Titan trademarks, etc.), therefore no such thing will occur to your windows.

To provide protection of a seam against ultra-violet radiation (solar beams) and a moisture which can destroy a seam, outside joints plasted by a building mix. Purely aesthetic effect will also be reached - from the street window will look accurate, assembly foam not visible anywhere.
The window sill, certainly, will add a composition. As a rule, problems in this point does not arise. The space under a window sill will be partially filled with foam. If you have ordered slopes as well, the space which has remained under a window sill is plastered.

10. INSTALLATION OF SLOPES

As a material for slopes the "sandwich-panel" is used - two plastic panels, and pressed polyfoam between them (for the utmost durabilities and thermal protections). By means of reliable technology (a latch and corners) these panels fasten to lateral walls of an aperture, thus the additional thermal protection is reached through assembly foam and heater. After panels are fixed, all slope joints are processed by silicone for utmost hermetic effect and protection against moisture and destruction of an assembly seam from within.

11. THE FINAL TOUCH
